Clever House Product Giveaway Terms and Conditions
Promoter: The promoter of this giveaway is Clever House, Australia.
Eligibility: This giveaway is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over. Employees of Clever House and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
Entry Requirements: To enter the giveaway, participants must sign up to the Clever House mailing list. Only one entry per person is permitted.
Prize: The prize for this giveaway is a product valued at $619.98. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
Entry Period: Entries will be accepted from 2nd August until 11:59 PM AEST on 2nd September 2024.
Winner Selection: This is a game of chance. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. The draw will take place on 3rd September 2024.
Notification of Winner: The winner will be notified via the email address provided at the time of signing up to the mailing list within 5 days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, Clever House reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
Publicity: By entering this giveaway, participants agree to the use of their name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
General Conditions: Clever House reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the giveaway will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
Limitation of Liability: Insofar as is permitted by law, Clever House, its agents, or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Clever House, its agents, or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Governing Law: This giveaway and these terms and conditions are governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
